Position Summary

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our consulting team and support feasibility studies, program development, and operational improvement projects. You’ll play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, preparing client-ready deliverables, and ensuring project goals are met. This is a remote role with occasional travel for client engagements or internal team events.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

• Support project leads in developing and maintaining timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Help keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations
  
  

Client Communication

• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
• Draft meeting agendas, notes, and deliverable trackers
• Assist with preparing project updates and status reports
  
  

Business & Market Analysis

• Conduct market research and environmental scans to support feasibility and strategy recommendations
• Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., demand, payer mix, cost modeling)
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  
  

Deliverables & Reporting

• Develop and refine presentations, reports, business cases, and dashboards for client use
• Monitor progress against deliverables and assist in internal status reporting
  
  

Analytics

• Identify and gather data from internal and external sources
• Interpret trends and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Present findings clearly to team members and clients
  
  

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide coordination and documentation support to ensure project success
• Maintain organized and accessible project files and materials
  
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Finance, Social Services, or a related field required
  
  

Experience

• 2+ years of project coordination or business analyst experience required
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare strongly preferred
• Familiarity with behavioral health, substance use disorder and or mental health industry
• Consulting or high-growth environment experience preferred
  
  

Skills

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)

Work Environment

• Remote position; must be based in the United States
• Standard business hours with flexibility to support clients across U.S. time zones
