This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate’s degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher will not be considered.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields preferred.
• Strong technical skills and business process experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Authorization:

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Core Skills:

• Problem-solving mindset—analyzing business challenges and developing automated solutions.
• Technical aptitude—experience with SharePoint, Excel, Power Automate, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Business Analyst Apprentice:

Support legal technology initiatives and process improvements by:

• Gathering and documenting requirements for legal technology solutions.
• Implementing automation solutions with SharePoint workflows and Power Automate.
• Collaborating with legal teams to assess needs and improve systems like TeamConnect.
• Analyzing and optimizing legal processes through data insights.
• Acting as liaison between stakeholders and IT teams for technology implementation.

Business Insights Analyst Apprentice:

Analyze data to inform business decisions by:

• Compiling, cleaning, and analyzing data to understand results.
• Making insights accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
• Presenting findings and updates to teams and management.
• Monitoring KPIs and providing recommendations.
• Supporting data-driven decision-making in the Law & Regulation department.

Compensation & Benefits

Part-time work (20–40 hours/week) with hourly pay between $18–25/hr. Benefits are available.
