Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Support solution design and timely delivery of assigned user stories.
• Maintain requirements and design documentation.
• Track and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA.
• Support sprint demos and deployments.

Skills

Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong user story writing and stakeholder communication skills

Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM (or similar CRM platforms)

Proficiency with JIRA or Agile tools
