Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a skilled business analyst in California to translate business needs into clear requirements, identify a desired future state, and map processes using multiple analytic methods.

You will elicit requirements, manage analysis to deliver maximum impact on objectives, conduct routine data analysis to align IT solutions with mandated initiatives, document requirements, and revise existing systems to support ongoing regulatory goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with mandates/compliance and regulatory alignment.
