Qualifications

Progressive experience in a Business Architect role or similar strategic capacity, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level initiatives
Proven track record of successfully leading or significantly contributing to multiple large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service levels
Demonstrable expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including practical application in complex system environments. Experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable
Strong preference for direct, hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP). This includes a deep understanding of federal regulations, state-specific policy nuances
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
