Job summary

My3Tech is seeking a Business Analyst III to support Pharmacy projects, VASE+ and .NET maintenance apps in Richmond, VA. You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams and government partners to analyze and document requirements for IT implementations and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, facilitating Agile ceremonies, creating test plans and user guides, and assisting with UAT and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience with requirements gathering.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• 7+ years of strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• 7+ years of experience with process mapping, feasibility studies, system documentation, and customer engagement.
• 7+ years of knowledge of SDLC and multiple project management methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• 7+ years of ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities independently.
• 7+ years of strong SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle databases experience.
• 7+ years of web application experience with Oracle APEX, Microsoft .NET.
• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• 7+ years of excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Utilize tools including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, GitLab, MS Project, and Visio.

• Ability to blend methodologies together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.

Job Summary

This position provides business analysis and project coordination support for Pharmacy project and also for VASE+ and several .NET maintenance applications.

The Office of Information Management (OIM) is seeking two Business Analysts to support enterprise-wide web application initiatives and Pharmacy Partner Hub programs. These roles require close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and federal/state partners to ensure business processes, requirements, enhancements, and new initiatives are thoroughly analyzed and documented for successful IT implementation. Analysts will participate in Agile ceremonies, testing efforts, cross-functional troubleshooting, and creation of customer-facing and technical documentation.

• Candidates should be local to Richmond, VA in order to work onsite at least three days each week; first 30 days all five days a week.

• Candidates will be required to interview onsite.
