Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will join a team of analytics professionals across the globe that own our Planning data and deliver Enterprise Reporting & insights to drive the business. You'll be involved globally and in multiple geographies managing high-quality data products weekly. The role requires interfacing with internal and external partners to ensure Converse Global Planning has the data it needs to operate. You will also participate in key strategic global projects as needed.

The successful candidate is passionate about data & analytics, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience with complex, global data products, including data quality review, accuracy, and problem resolution.
• 2+ years of experience managing tickets within an incident ticketing system.
• Experience escalating issues, risks, and decisions to management for quick resolution.
• Ability to document key processes clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail to proactively ensure data products are functioning correctly by managing data alerts.
• Experience translating data & analytics into insights.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and agile principles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma is preferred.

What You Will Work On

• Ensure global and geo data products supporting dashboards have accurate data, monitor and escalate issues, and support resolution.
• Document existing data maintenance processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
• Support key global projects as needed.
