Business Systems Analyst – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR

Perform technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source-to-target mapping. Create and maintain complex process and system diagrams. Collaborate with remote groups such as vendors, Nike facilities, and departments to gather and document tactical requirements. Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business units and technical solutions with IT resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specifications. Ensure adherence to standards, processes, and policies while applying global process standards to regional technology solutions. Work with systems personnel to implement designs, participate in project planning, and provide project status updates. Engage in change management at department and end-user levels. Create reports and configure packages to meet unique business needs. Conduct testing activities, including developing test plans and scripts, validating results, and documenting system changes. Translate system functionalities into business-relevant language. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, along with five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an analyst-related occupation. Experience must include:
