Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with technical aptitude.
• Minimum of three months of software development experience.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Specified projects and assignments, which may vary based on team alignment.
• Operates standard office equipment and is able to use required software applications.
• Explores and applies approved AI-enabled development tools to support coding, testing, documentation, research, and problem-solving.
• Assists with identifying opportunities to integrate automation, AI, or data-driven capabilities into technology solutions and business processes.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Knowledge of Algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
• Programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Basic understanding of software engineering practices.
• Foundational artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation concepts.
• Responsible use of AI tools, including awareness of data privacy, security, accuracy, and ethical considerations.
