A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Lotus Notes Business Analyst to conduct requirements analysis, validate data, and liaise between teams. Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of experience with Lotus Notes and business analysis. This is a remote role offering competitive compensation of $45.00 - $55.00/hour with comprehensive benefits, including medical and 401(k).

Title:Lotus Notes Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration:Initial 6-month with potential extensions
Compensation:$45.00 - $55.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts requirements analysis and validation, ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards
• Liaises between product teams and business areas to validate and obtain sign off on archived data to proceed with decommission of databases
• Tracks requirements status throughout project / product lifecycle; manages changes to requirements via board/backlog management and maintenance
• Creates and communicates artifacts translating business needs into executable requirements
• Assist with technical reviews on Lotus Notes database targeted for retirement

Qualifications:

• Looking for candidates with 5-10 years of Lotus Notes experience, with some business analysis.
