Job summary

UNIVERSAL Technologies LLC is seeking two experienced Business Analysts for onsite roles in Brooklyn, NY or within the five boroughs as needed. The ideal candidates have strong business and data analysis experience to support the full SDLC of enterprise applications.

MANDATORY SKILLSEXPERIENCE

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Develop business and technical requirementsIdentify user stories and translate them into technical requirements as requiredDevelop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionalityReview requirements with stakeholders and obtain their approvalMeet with stakeholders from each business unit impacted by the project including one on one meetings when appropriate to ensure stakeholder needs and concerns are capturedIdentify the target audience for each requirement to support the end user testing processDefine specific success metrics for determining whether each requirement has been successfully satisfiedProvide management reporting and information disseminationAnalyze and document current systems and processes as presently implementedMake recommendations for system and process improvements based on client and stakeholder feedbackWork directly with business stakeholders clients designers developers and engineers to coordinate the development of applications according to specifications and established timelinesLeverage images graphs charts diagrams workflows use cases and visual prototypes to clearly communicate documented requirements to non technical stakeholdersMaintain documentation related to system processes and procedures
