Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop user stories and break requirements into deliverable functionality.
• Review and validate requirements with stakeholders for approval.
• Conduct one-on-one and group meetings with stakeholders across impacted business units.
• Identify target audiences and support end-user testing/UAT planning.
• Define success metrics and acceptance criteria for requirements.
• Provide management reporting and information dissemination.
• Analyze and document current systems, business processes, and workflows.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on stakeholder/client feedback.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers.
• Support application development to ensure solutions meet requirements and timelines.
• Use process flows, use cases, workflows, diagrams, charts, graphs, and visual prototypes to communicate requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Support project deliverables and ensure requirements remain aligned throughout the SDLC.
