Job summary

The Amatriot Group in Albany, NY is seeking a User Experience Business Analyst to connect and enhance client systems. You will prioritize the client while advancing your career in a collaborative environment.

You will join NYSoH partnership efforts delivering health coverage to millions, translating UI/UX needs into concrete specifications and overseeing multilingual content updates across the CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent.
• Three years as Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• At least one year as a UX Business Analyst.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies and full project lifecycle.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review, interpret, analyze and clarify UI/UX requirements.
• Generate UI/UX requirements documentation to satisfy client needs.
• Communicate UI/UX requirements to cross-functional teams and management.
• Monitor and report project status and progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to research and documentation of project deliverables impact.
• Document language translations for static content changes as needed.
• Manage multi-language content updates via a cloud CMS.

Position Overview

You will join our team in partnership with New York State of Health (NYSoH) to provide comprehensive health coverage to more than 6.7 million New Yorkers through its Health Benefit Exchange (HBE)

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll identify, review, interpret, analyze and clarify client user interface/user experience (UI/UX) requirements
• You’ll generate UI/UX requirements documentation to satisfy client requirements
• You’ll effectively communicate UI/UX requirements to cross-functional team members and management
• You’ll monitor and effectively communicate project status and progress throughout the project lifecycle
• You’ll contribute to research and documentation of impact of past projects on upcoming deliverables
• You’ll ensure that all static content changes are thoroughly documented and identified for language translations where needed
• You’ll add and modify multi-language static content through a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS)

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field or equivalent

Experience

• Three (3) years as Business Analyst in an Software Development environment
• Minimum of (1) year a User Experience Business Analyst
• Experience working within one or more software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and understanding of all stages of project life cycle process.
• Healthcare Domain Experience is a plus
