Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years as Business Analyst in a Software Development environment; 1 year as UX Business Analyst; familiarity with Waterfall/Agile.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Youll identify review interpret analyze and clarify client UIUX requirements.
• Youll generate UIUX requirements documentation to satisfy client requirements.
• Youll effectively communicate UIUX requirements to cross functional team members and management.
• Youll monitor and effectively communicate project status and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Youll contribute to research and documentation of impact of past projects on upcoming deliverables.
• Youll ensure that all static content changes are thoroughly documented and identified for language translations where needed.
• Youll add and modify multi language static content through a cloud based Content Management System CMS.
