Qualifications include a BA degree and 3–4 years of experience in technology projects, plus knowledge of AI/BI concepts. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI and automation projects.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to implement AI solutions.
• Develop process documentation, reports, and business workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.
• Present business insights and project recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation.
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, and business intelligence concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Any certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
