Job summary

With 2+ years of experience, you will gather requirements, analyze data, and develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
