Lokra is seeking a Business Analyst to translate healthcare and operational needs into clear product requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and clinical or implementation teams to understand workflows and document requirements, guiding practical solutions.

Healthcare domain experience is preferred and you will work in a remote, collaborative environment to shape products from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
• Experience eliciting requirements and documenting workflows or business processes.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear, testable requirements.
