Job Title: Business Analyst - Core Banking

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Core Banking to join our team in India (4 positions) and Australia (4 positions). This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for candidates with 6-10 years of experience in top MNC companies in IT consulting and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and identify solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions

- Provide expertise in Core Banking domain and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements

- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and requirements

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems and processes

- Experience with Core Banking platforms such as Hogan (preferred), Jack Henry, Finacle, TCS Banking, or similar platforms

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
