Job summary

Quantive, LLC. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for our Tysons, VA office to work directly with business owners and leadership teams. You will identify problems, analyze operations, and deliver actionable recommendations in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing processes, building reports and dashboards, and contributing to proposals. Some travel is required, and in-office presence is expected 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data modeling)
• SQL experience OR demonstrated ability to learn within first 90 days
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel extensively (domestic, based on project requirements)

We are a consulting firm serving mid-market businesses seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Performance Group in Tysons, VA. This is a client-facing role where you will work directly with business owners and leadership teams to identify problems, analyze operations, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Our clients are business owners and leadership teams who need strategic and operational support. We value impact over hours billed and relationships over transactions. This is not a remote position—you must be able to commute to our Tysons Corner office 3 days per week.
