Job summary

Della Infotech, Inc. seeks an IT Analyst to collaborate across IT groups on business strategies and architectures. You will assess plans, manage large projects, and coordinate schedules, budgets and resources.

You will translate business needs into solutions, support requirements development, document processes, and guide clients and vendors in delivering value. Strong communication, analytics, and SDLC discipline are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives.
• Manages large and important projects affecting business units across the Company.
• Prepare detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, methodology, coordination within all IT functions, and conducting budget analyses.
• May be involved in user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, assisting in RFP development and evaluations, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies.
• May also be responsible for analysis of existing business processes, design and implementation of streamlined processes and leading client organizations in the identification, planning and implementation of business process solutions.
• Works as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes they represent.
• May coordinate, evaluate and partner with technology vendors and outside consultants as needed.
