Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join our New Elevation team in Stamford, CT, on a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite). You will analyze regulatory requirements, document business and functional needs, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, UX, and product teams throughout Agile development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years BA experience, strong communication, and a track record delivering compliant, customer-focused processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze new federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and assess business impacts
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements for customer and agent-facing systems
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory obligations into actionable business requirements
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process documentation
  • Define customer journeys and agent workflows that support compliant and intuitive experiences
  • Collaborate with UX designers to review wireframes, prototypes, and customer experience designs
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Technology teams throughout Agile development cycles
  • Support solution design discussions
  • Identify business process improvements that reduce operational complexity while maintaining compliance
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Validate implemented solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project delivery

Job description

Duration: 4+ Months

Location: CT-Stamford, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's luxury e-commerce brand: New Elevation. New Elevation consultants deliver commerce strategy, scope, and planning with insightful execution and commerce optimization.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Telecommunications or cable industry experience
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance initiatives
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles
  • Experience designing agent workflows and operational processes
  • Familiarity with FCC regulations, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, or government programs
  • CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
  • Strong knowledge using copilot and Claude to aid in requirements gathering

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, a utilization bonus, 401(k) with match, flexible time off for salaried employees, parental leave for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
