Job summary

Red Bull North America in Santa Monica is seeking a data analyst with 1–3 years of experience to transform business questions into actionable insights. You will use Excel, SQL, and BI tools to analyze data and support decision making.

The role requires clear communication with stakeholders, a problem-solving mindset, and a focus on data quality. Some travel (10–20%) and a collaborative, fast-paced environment are expected. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate to advanced formula skills, and familiarity with relational databases such as SQL.
• Basic understanding of statistical measures, techniques, and data visualization principles; experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
• Capability to translate business inquiries into actionable data analyses and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A strong passion for problem-solving, conducting empirical research, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Solid understanding of data quality, the mechanics of data processing, and leveraging technology for data extraction and analysis.
• Demonstrates a quick learning ability, self-motivation, and effectiveness in collaborating with diverse team environments.
• Preferred experience with R, Python, SAP, Power Query, or Access, as well as familiarity with large datasets or statistical programming tools.
