Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by division, department, and class.
• Create preseason sales, gross margin and inventory plans by division and department that support product strategies. Reconcile top down to bottom-up division/department plans. Reforecast sales and manage inventory for all basic styles and style colors to meet department financial goals. Communicate financial results to manager and cross‑functional team on a weekly basis and determine in‑season pricing actions.
• Support Monthly Open to Buy Forecasting by reconciling receipts and working through a financial forecast with action plans to support path to financial targets.
• Support roll out and communication to cross‑functional team members of new Inventory Strategy Initiatives for Total Banana Republic Japan.

Experience Required

• 6 years of relevant experience.
