Job summary

This role operates in a hybrid environment, blending office and field work, leveraging advanced analytics, PMP/CAPM credentials, and tools like SAP, Ariba, and P6 to forecast outcomes and guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction, Construction Management or experience as Project Manager.
  • PMI PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Broad knowledge of analytical methods and modeling concepts.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis to justify changes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Your impact
  • Provides project analysis, executes work plans and task definition, participates in data collection.
  • Has a solid foundation of understanding or analysis of client business practices and goals; develops and formulates solutions to client problems on assigned projects. Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definition.
  • Works with minimal supervision and has broad technical knowledge.
  • Can also specialize in specific areas of expertise.
  • Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data.
  • Develops new or revises existing data analysis to predict business outcomes selecting from various complex variables.
  • Develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
  • Manages small to mid-size projects.
Here's what you'll need
  • Experience in Construction, Construction Management or experience as Project Manager
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches and tactics
  • Advanced understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling concepts, methods and techniques and analysis of how different factors affect business outcomes
  • Creative problem skills to develop solutions
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to justify any business changes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management
  • Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results
  • Strong project management knowledge and skills to lead project teams
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or similar software
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, P6

The base salary range for this position is $144,900.00 to $190,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
