Qualifications

• Understanding of content creation, assembly, composition, and modular workflows.
• Experience with DAM, metadata, taxonomy, and content governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive POC evaluation with Business Product Managers for AI-driven content generation, assembly, and orchestration solutions.
• Capture use cases, run workshops to define current and future-state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows; manage the backlog end-to-end.
• Translate internal Genentech needs into actionable requirements for partners and vendors such as Adobe.
• Convert marketing content workflows into technical requirements for AI-based content assembly and orchestration across the Adobe ecosystem.
• Analyze content creation, assembly, review, approval, and publishing workflows for optimization opportunities.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning in Agile delivery environments.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven content generation and orchestration solutions. This role will collaborate with Business Product Managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to evaluate emerging content technologies and translate business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.

MANDATORY:

• Strong experience in Content Supply Chain or Digital Content Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Express or content assembly platforms.
• Strong understanding of content creation, assembly, composition, and modular content workflows.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), metadata, taxonomy, and content governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive proof-of-concept (POC) evaluation efforts in collaboration with Business Product Managers to assess AI-driven text, image, and video content generation, podcast generation, content translation, AI-powered content assembly, and multi-agent, data, and tool orchestration solutions.
• Capture use cases and requirements, and conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs to define current-state and future-state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows while managing, documenting, and maintaining the product backlog end to end.
• Translate internal Genentech needs into actionable product requirements for partners and vendors such as Adobe, and communicate requirements to drive change.
• Convert complex marketing content creation workflows into technical requirements for Agentic AI-based solutions, supporting automated content assembly and orchestration across the Adobe ecosystem.
• Analyze content creation, assembly, review, approval, and publishing workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning in Agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in a Product Owner or Delivery Coordinator capacity within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong experience in Content Supply Chain or Digital Content Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Express or content assembly platforms.
• Strong understanding of content creation, assembly, composition, and modular content workflows.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), metadata, taxonomy, and content governance processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and training.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for headless system interactions.
