• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus but not required
