Job summary

Sistema Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst for a hybrid 12-month contract in Austin, Texas, supporting AI, data, and enterprise technology modernization initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, facilitate requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on technology-focused initiatives.
• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.
• Experience assessing and improving business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Experience working with technical teams, product owners, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum delivery teams.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an hybrid contract in Austin, Texas.

We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst for a staff augmentation engagement supporting strategic initiatives across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, and Enterprise Technology modernization.

This role will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, facilitate requirements, analyze processes, support strategic planning, and help deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

• 12-month contract with potential for renewal
• Austin, TX
• Hybrid work environment - 3 days onsite

Preferred Qualifications
