Business Analysts are subject-matter experts who use their technical knowledge to bridge the gap between product development and product design. They bring life to a product through the implementation of the vision and direction set forth in the product roadmap. We are looking for candidates from the Title Insurance Industry who have experience in and understand the life cycle of Title & Escrow transactions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with prospective users, clients and internal Subject Matter Experts to understand and anticipate the needs and translate them into product requirements
• Documenting the business requirements, user stories, release notes and training material
• Work with the engineering team to implement the best solution for the client
• Assess and document the benefits and risks for features and bugs
• Develop wireframes and UI mock ups to support features
• Create functional workflow and UX maps
• Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of product or project development experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Understanding of Agile principles
