We're growing our Global Enablement Services team and looking for a Lead Business Analyst with a passion for tech-enabled workspaces.

What You’ll Do

As the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of workplace technology and infrastructure strategy—leading initiatives tied to office expansions, hybrid work solutions, and digital enablement across global locations.

• Own end-to-end project delivery — oversee technical timelines, budget alignment, and vendor coordination.
• Design the future of work — ensure modern collaboration tools, IT setups, and digital signage meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with Real Estate, Security, Infrastructure, and Facilities on office build-outs and moves.
• Drive operational excellence — help develop global standards, process playbooks, and best practices.
• Lead with data and strategy — support strategic initiatives with in-depth research, benchmarking, and business case development.

Who You Are

6+ years of business analysis experience (4+ leading tech or workplace transformation projects)

Able to read blueprints and technical drawings

Skilled in networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/low voltage), AV systems, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams

Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and vendor relationships simultaneously

Familiar with IT security principles and infrastructure

Tools you know: MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence

Proven success in presenting to stakeholders and influencing project outcomes

Strong communicator who thrives in a hybrid, cross-functional environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Salary Range: $103,040–$148,100
