Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce CRM expertise and domain knowledge in Financial Services (FS). You will play a key role in gathering requirements, supporting system integration, and driving process improvements for CRM-related functions, with a focus on Salesforce and data mapping. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for Salesforce CRM functions, including system integration and data mapping.
• Write business requirements and user stories to support development and implementation.
• Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and communicate priorities to development teams.
• Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests, translating business needs into technical requirements or new capabilities.
• Coordinate with analysts and project managers/scrum masters to manage changes impacting cross-system processes and integrations.
• Provide process support to simplify and standardize business processes.
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies and project management practices.
