Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with finance/accounting and operations teams to capture requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and core financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, and period close.
• Background in business architecture, business analysis, or relevant technical roles.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting financial data (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving finance/accounting standards.
• Familiarity with data integration, migration, and financial software platforms.
• Technical documentation, workflow optimization, and process automation experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
• Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage tasks and projects concurrently.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, preferably in SAP Cloud4Banking (subledger) modules.
• Understanding data governance, release, and dependency management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Investments domain is a plus.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Prior experience in change management, vendor and stakeholder management.
