What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate business process review workshops and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements
- Break down business requirements into User Stories, including evaluation of pros/cons and recommended approaches
- Document User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Assumptions & Constraints, Size, Priority, and recommended solutions
- Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and manage technical teams for Force.com development
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and develop training curriculum for end-users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
- At least 2 years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in a custom-system development environment
- Proficient in Salesforce: Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud
- Familiarity with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations
- Experience in Agile project methodology, including backlog management and user story development
