Job summary

TechDigital Group in New Jersey seeks a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager with 10+ years of BI analytics experience within the biopharma/healthcare sector. You will drive end-to-end BI implementations, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and align stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BI analytics or related field.
• Experience delivering full-cycle BI/analytics implementations in healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Lean methodologies.
• Translating business requirements into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to quantify resource needs and communicate benefits.
• Strong risk assessment and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Experience in onshore/offshore project delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of architecture, data analytics, PM, QA, infra and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Able to navigate matrixed organizations with agility.
• Healthcare finance/HRIS experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle transaction processing apps; MS Office mastery.

Job description

Experience: 10+ years

• At least 4-5 full cycle implementation experience (SDLC) in BI Analytics based projects in the Biopharma, Life Science, or Healthcare sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile Lean methodologies
• Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits
• Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage both onshore and offshore teams as well as customers to achieve target outcomes
• Good technical understanding including Architecture, Data Analytics and Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support
• Excellent written and verbal communications; Customer focused approach through active listening
• Ability to remain agile and nimble while navigating a matrixed organization
• Self-starter, proactive, strong-business acumen, excellent follow-through
• Added advantage if experienced in Finance Accounting or HRIS areas within healthcare.
• Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model.
• Technical skills needed are SQL, some BI tools, and the ability to learn our proprietary technology. Mastery over Microsoft suite of products.
