SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a longtime financial services client to bring on a talented Business Analyst who can bridge business and technology and partner with senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and enterprise systems initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation toward business systems and processes, excellent executive communication skills, and experience in financial services or investment management.

We are partnered with a longtime financial services client to bring on a talented Business Analyst.This is not a traditional “ticket-taking” BA role. The team is looking for someone who can operate as a true bridge between business and technology. Someone who can partner closely with senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and enterprise systems initiatives.

The ideal profile is:

• strong business systems/process orientation
• executive communication skills
• ideally experience within financial services, investment management, or similarly complex enterprise environments

Hybrid role 3 days a week onsite. Must be local to the Twin Cities.
