Job summary

Role Facets Analyst Key Skills Facets, C#, SQL, Rest API, HIPAA Location Remote Experience 10+ Role Description JD: FACETs version 5.8, no upgrade expected for about a year Role requested - Engineer Requirements · Must know FACETs · .Net · C# · SQL – Oracle · Rest API Desired · Cloud · Microservices · CI/CD · EDI Framework · HIPAA Gateway Resources will be on an existing Agile team; they will not be a separate team. They will be on a scrum team. Working with business partners, other engineers, daily stand ups, get clarifications, do coding, testing and validation. End to end FACETs - discuss with the business, customization (development), testing. Currently, no split testers on the team today, engineers do everything end to end and Shelly said she needs that due to functioning as an agile team. Do not currently have people who just do the testing, or just coding… end to end, full stack engineer. Person who does the development does the FACETs testing as well. But they do pair up and validate each other’s work, it is expected the engineers are doing everything. Before coding, write a test script, then develop. FACETs and ancillary systems around it – process claims, manage membership so there is eligibility system taking in eligibility files, breaks them up, maps and does work then to facets. Member management system as well as provider management system all rolling into FACETs but not integrated and ancillary systems as well around that - .net, C#, and SQL (Oracle) are core skills. Data is synthetic or production? Replicate data into non-production environment. Dummy data then before prod then prod-like environment for final test. Is testing only about code development and unit test case or end to end – such as with claims migration, we will do customization then we need to make sure claims end to end process is working, we must check for financial and benefit neutrality for specified group? Is your current group doing all, end to end? Yes, but not really migrating claims. They are moving from one platform to another so business owns all the configuration. This team does a lot of coding and set up to be able to take it. CA has a lot or rules and regulation around claims and not a lot done today so it’s building out all of those capabilities within platform. Migration is not really a migration.
