Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP and WM modules.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, test, and support PP and WM modules.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
- Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.
- Document functional designs and test cases.
- Proactively propose business process and system improvements.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and support projects.
- Coordinate and support resolution of critical tickets.
- Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work independently and mentor junior team members.
- Work internationally, with 30-50% travel to Spanish-speaking countries and domestically within the US.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-8+ years of experience in a technology role within manufacturing business processes and SAP solutions, particularly in SAP PP and WM modules.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Strong project management skills and adaptability.
- Knowledge of medical devices or pharmaceutical industry regulations (GxP).
- Ownership mindset and ability to lead change collaboratively.
- Effective collaboration across organizational levels and in a matrixed environment.
- Leadership qualities, mentoring skills, and motivation capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with diverse global stakeholders.
- Strong communication, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural, multinational environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Business proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of SAP modules like QM and MRP.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
