• Please note - this position is remote; however, the candidate must live in the United States and Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP and WM modules.
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
3. Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
4. Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.
5. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
6. Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
7. Design, test, and support PP and WM modules.
8. Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
9. Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.
10. Document functional designs and test cases.
11. Proactively propose business process and system improvements.
12. Provide consulting services for new implementations and support projects.
13. Coordinate and support resolution of critical tickets.
14. Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.
15. Work independently and mentor junior team members.
16. Work internationally, with 30-50% travel to Spanish-speaking countries and domestically within the US.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 7-8+ years of experience in a technology role within manufacturing business processes and SAP solutions, particularly in SAP PP and WM modules.
2. Understanding of accounting business processes.
3. Strong project management skills and adaptability.
4. Knowledge of medical devices or pharmaceutical industry regulations (GxP).
5. Ownership mindset and ability to lead change collaboratively.
6. Effective collaboration across organizational levels and in a matrixed environment.
7. Leadership qualities, mentoring skills, and motivation capabilities.
8. Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work with diverse global stakeholders.
10. Strong communication, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills.
11. Experience working in a multicultural, multinational environment.

Preferred Experience:

1. Business proficiency in English and Spanish.
2. Knowledge of SAP modules like QM and MRP.
3. Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
