Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP ISU Utility Billing and Invoicing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements. The role involves conducting gap analysis, defining solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT deliverables.

Responsibilities

Partner with business users to identify requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify system/process improvements.
Work with development teams to ensure requirements are met through system design.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint planning and delivery.
Utilize JIRA, Qmetry, Confluence, and SharePoint for requirement documentation, tracking, and reporting.
