Guidehouse is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to analyze business processes, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and support design, testing, and implementation activities to ensure technology solutions align with objectives.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in business analysis, requirements documentation, stakeholder facilitation, testing support, and Agile delivery.

Analyzes business processes and collaborates with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements. Supports solution design, testing, and implementation activities by translating business needs into functional requirements and actionable recommendations. Helps ensure technology solutions effectively support operational objectives. Translate FMBT business, data, interface, and conversion needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, test scenarios, RTM updates, ICD/DCP inputs, and stakeholder-ready documentation. Facilitate stakeholder sessions with VA, legacy system owners, SI, functional SMEs, developers, testers, and PMO; support AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, source-to-target mapping, backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT/SIT support, data cleanse issue analysis, and requirements traceability across releases.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
