Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements across cards acquisitions, fraud, marketing, and financial services. You'll map processes, document interfaces, and create data mappings while collaborating with product owners, architects, and mainframe developers.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance, present findings to stakeholders, and support agile teams to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and reporting.
• Experience in Business Analysis within cards acquisitions, fraud, marketing, or financial services.
