Job Description

• Conduct operational and procedural analysis of systems to define business and system requirements that meet key business objectives.
• Collaborate with the business units and technology teams to identify, assess, and solve business problems.
• Gather requirements and translate business and design requirements into technical requirements.
• Research existing business and system processes and develop as-is process flows.
• Provide support documentation for meetings with business and stakeholders to develop an understanding of their operations and requirements.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles, such as scope, deliverables, timeline and cost/benefits.
• Basic knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of performance analysis (trending, root cause and gap analysis) and benchmarking.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Basic analytical skills and understanding interpreting customer business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience.
