Due to our growth, we are seeking a Business Analyst who can work with our customers and internal delivery team to ensure successful identification and implementation of requirements for our projects. The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements, needs, and processes. The role requires a passion for team collaboration, a strong desire to use technology to solve problems, and a focus on fulfilling business outcomes.

Description of Duties

1. Lead and/or participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements.
2. Elicit and identify project requirements from client end users.
3. Validate requirements by providing option comparisons and justifications.
4. Perform gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business needs.
5. Review and finalize extensive functional and technical documentation.
6. Elicit and translate high-level business needs into specific and concise processes.
7. Test solutions to ensure successful execution and appropriate application.
8. Provide high-level project/status updates and prepared reports to stakeholders.
9. Manage self-organization and track completion of tasks, ensuring delivery of project milestones.
10. Prepare and present training content to clients as needed.
11. Create project documentation including user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts, and validation work products.
12. Communicate effectively internally and externally through documentation and presentations.
13. Work within SDLC, test and validate solutions, and perform as a Business Analyst.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint is preferred.
15. Self-manage and complete project deliverables reliably.
16. Make confident decisions, be detail-oriented, and excel in problem-solving and analysis.
17. Possess good interpersonal, listening, written, verbal communication, and basic project management skills.
18. Obtain functional and/or technical certifications as appropriate.
19. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration is required.
