Job description

Oak Point Partners is looking to hire entry-level candidates with a bachelor’s degree who are eager to launch their careers as a Business Analyst. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

• Corporate Research: Understand asset purchase agreements, conduct detailed corporate entity research investigating corporate structures and documenting key findings
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.
• Process Optimization: Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency.
• Technology Initiatives: Conduct user acceptance testing on new technology features and provide recommendations data-driven feedback to enhance system functionality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as an interest in data analysis
• Motivated with a strong desire to learn new skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to keep information organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products such as SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint

Education/Experience/Certifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing computer equipment for extended periods.
• Hours: This is a full-time, in-office role with the option to transition to a hybrid work schedule after a successful introductory period. Standard work hours are 8 AM – 6 PM, with occasional after-hours work required based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range is $65,000 to $70,000, depending on prior work experience. Other Benefits include:

• Oak Point has a hybrid work policy that is implemented at each group level. This role requires an in-office presence of at least two days each week in our Skokie, IL office.
