Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, Combatant Command, Service Component, Joint Staff, or Intelligence Community missions.
• Experience translating operational requirements into capabilities, mission outcomes, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience developing and delivering executive-level briefings, decision papers, and operational assessments.
• Experience applying business intelligence, operational analysis, data analytics, or performance measurement methodologies.
• Experience working directly with senior military leaders, SES personnel, General Officers, or Flag Officers.
• Knowledge of military operations, operational planning, and strategic assessment processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations for leadership action.
• TS/SCI clearance and Bachelor's degree.

You Have:

• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, War Data Platform, Palantir, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience supporting digital transformation, data modernization, or AI-enabled decision support initiatives
• Experience developing capability roadmaps and implementation strategies
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree in Strategic Studies, National Security, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) or equivalent military education

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
