Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis within the manufacturing industry or a similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with gap analysis and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and data management techniques including data mapping and cleansing.
• Ability to design and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in using macros or similar automation tools to enhance data processing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
• Develop detailed process maps and workflows using tools such as Microsoft Visio to visualize business operations.
• Perform data mapping and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Design and execute user acceptance tests (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Utilize macros and other automation tools to streamline data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support project management teams by providing analytical insights and progress updates.
