Job summary

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, transformation initiatives, process improvement, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively with business, technology, engineering, and architecture teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions based on data and business needs.
• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, business processes, user stories, use cases, or related artifacts.
• Experience with workforce management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be onsite at client in Dallas, TX area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting contact center operations, workforce planning, customer service environments, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with leaders and subject matter experts.
• Experience with process mapping, business process improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [70 -80 $ W2 range]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
