Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Java FullStack Engineer to join our Westlake, TX team. You will work on cloud-based, microservices-driven applications with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and messaging queues in a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment.

The role requires 8+ years of Java/Spring experience, 5+ years with RabbitMQ/Kafka/Service Bus, and solid DB skills (Oracle, Postgres). Expect CI/CD with Jenkins, testing with JUnit/Cucumber/Selenium, and SaFe-like agility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years solid experience with java spring-based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot.
• 5+ years hands on experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus.
• 5+ years experience with databases like Oracle, Postgres, etc.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Understanding CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with software testing approaches and tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Experience with Chaos Testing and SRE practices for resilient cloud-based apps.
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.

We are currently seeking a Java FullStack Engineer - Westlake, TX to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role and Responsibilities

• Working with public cloud and cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred

• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions

Experience

• 8+ years solid experience with java spring-based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot


• 5+ years hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus


• 5+ years experience with building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.


• Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture.


• Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins


• Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.


• Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud-based software applications


• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $106,000-$142,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
