Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead and mentor a team of analysts creating high-quality AI training content. The role focuses on business-focused content across finance, strategy, consulting, and economics, with no prior AI experience required.

The position is an hourly contract, fully remote, offering 10–40 hours per week and opportunities for ongoing project-based work across global domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content work.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to logical consistency and accuracy.
• Skilled at giving constructive, detailed feedback and structured annotations.
• Creative thinker with ability to approach problems from multiple angles.
• Excellent communicator — clear, collaborative, and organized.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content.
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously improve team processes.
• Provide actionable performance feedback, coaching, and development support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering updates.
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains such as finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations.

Who You Are

• Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content work
• Strong analytical and research skills with a sharp eye for logical consistency and accuracy
• Skilled at giving constructive, detailed feedback and structured annotations
• Creative thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
• Excellent communicator — clear, collaborative, and organized
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
