Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to support the eCommerce Search team in Chicago, IL. This contract role requires strong BA skills within Agile environments, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate will translate business needs into technical requirements, maintain product backlogs, and drive backlog refinement, UAT, and deployment readiness.

• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate project progress, business impacts, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across Agile delivery processes.

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to support the eCommerce Search team. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technical requirements and actionable work items.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analyst experience within Agile environments, exceptional requirements gathering capabilities, and the ability to drive stakeholder alignment across multiple business functions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
