Job summary

HighPoint is seeking a Business Analyst to develop and implement a long-term data reporting and analysis strategy. The role focuses on recurring and ad-hoc reporting from design, data collection, analysis, and reporting across staff and leadership.

The analyst will support system improvements, gather requirements with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Two (2) years relevant experience
• Collaboration and Project Management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with agile project methodology

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system improvement efforts by supporting enhancements and troubleshooting defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document requirements for system improvements during operations and maintenance.
• Leverage JIRA to log, monitor, and prioritize work items within an Agile framework.

Business Analyst

The role of Business Analyst contributes to HighPoint by developing and implementing a long-term data reporting and analysis strategy; maintaining a strong focus on managing recurring and ad‑hoc reporting processes from design, data collection, analysis, and reporting; and reporting and analyzing results across all levels of staff and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to system improvement efforts by supporting enhancements and troubleshooting defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document requirements for system improvements during operations and maintenance.
• Leverage JIRA to log, monitor, and prioritize work items within an Agile framework.
• Work to covert business needs into technical solutions alongside developers.

Salary range: $85,000-95,000.
