The Business Analyst will be a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, owning the clarity and readiness to help our organization transform complex data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand strategic objectives, translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, and set delivery teams up to build meaningful data products that empower decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking and technical expertise with a consultative mindset, is able to ask the right questions, surface hidden assumptions, and document business context and logic in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Through a deep understanding of business processes and data ecosystems, the Business Analyst helps the team deliver high-quality outcomes and build a stronger shared understanding of “what good looks like”.
This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office locations strongly preferred. Remote work may be considered within the United States.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
The current full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $72,500.00-$103,620.00. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected pay range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or salesplan.
